Born as:

Latoya Slona North on May 17, 1985 in Perry, Florida.

Slona always knew there was something different about her. She had been so quiet in hopes to fade into the background, she was yet to discover she was destined to stand out. She took to keeping a diary because she felt no one wanted to listen to what she had to say anyway. Later she developed a voice that jumped up off the pages of the Journal. When she gave her life to Jesus in 2007. Slona wanted to be the best she could be for, and in Him. She went back school and earned an Associates Degree in Elementary Education. She then took a break from school and is yet to compete the few classes left for earning her Bachelor's Degree.

She hasn't given up on Teaching, and earning credentials in child care, for daycare work confimed such. Someday soon she still plans to finish her Degree and step fully into that dream. As well as the desire of launching : Thumbs Up. A place for the youth.

Thumbs up will be the place where all of the thumbs can stand up and shine.

My inspiration comes from God honestly. When I study the Bible I am in wow each time. The Bible is a well written great Book with life Changing revelation.

This is a heart ponding depiction of being a hopeful romantic in love, knowing that it feels right though morally it's wrong.

When you fall in love and that love is unrequited, that is a pain that pierce deeper than a natural wound could ever penentrate.All you do is just hurt until it finally fades. But that hurt phase...there is no magic word that can make it go away.No special pill that can make all of the memories and emotions erase. So you just hurt and wait.
